You might not want to read this blog if you're having your lunch...we all know the symptoms of Noro virus are decidedly unpleasant! Every year we hear that this virus is on the increase and it is reported today that it affects 2.9m people annually in the UK! I certainly hadn't realised just how prolific this little bug is. However, I'm not frightened by these stories and statistics, as I have a couple of little life-savers in my box of remedies that I use with great success for sickness bugs, including the particularly nasty, Noro virus.
My favourite is Dys-Co which I usually give in 200c. This relieves symptoms of cyclical vomiting and forcible, spluttering diarrhoea (still with me?). I sometimes alternate this with Podo 200c which helps smelly flatulence, loud rumbling and cramps with watery, gushing diarrhoea. Ok, I'll stop now. But if you need some help this winter give me a call.
Skype appointments always available - particularly helpful for those who don't want to stray too far from the loo!
